The First Regional Event For the Knowledge Economy
The Arabian Knowledge Economy Association invites you to participate in the first regional conference on the knowledge economy that will be organized jointly with Al-Aghar Strategic Think Tank Group and Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from January 12-13, 2008
The conference theme of “Towards knowledge Economy” will aim at introducing, promoting and highlighting ways of building a viable and vibrant knowledge-based economy in the Region. The conference objectives are:

Introduce the Knowledge-Based Economy (KBE) in the Arab World
- Create awareness on the KBE
- Learn about global experience from other countries
- Learn how individuals and enterprises can prepare for the knowledge economy
- Network entrepreneurs, investors and industry experts to discover new ways for improving and shaping innovation and entrepreneurship in selected industries including education, hydrocarbon, power and water, environment, healthcare and life sciences, information and communication technologies, and real-estate and tourism industries.
